FG Lawyers advised Litebit with the sale of its client portfolio to Bitvavo

FG Lawyers assisted 2525 Ventures B.V. (also known as Litebit), a leading Rotterdam-based crypto-asset service provider, with winding down its operations and the sale of its customer portfolio to Bitvavo, another prominent Dutch crypto-asset exchange. We advised Litebit on both the corporate and regulatory aspects of the transaction.

The transaction closed in the summer of 2023.
